Appointments
- All bookings must be scheduled in advance.

Aftercare

- Touch‑ups are recommended every 2–3 weeks.
- Improper aftercare may affect results and is not covered by guarantees.
Guarantees

- Refunds are not offered for completed services, but corrections may be provided within 48 hours if issues arise.
Professional Conduct
- Respectful behavior is expected from both staff and clients.
- Harassment or inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated.
- Repeat violations may result in refusal of service.
